Tip: How To Get Rid Of Dirt And Dust In Polymer Clay Creations

Hey guys, this is just a quick tip I'd like to share with you. While working with lighter colored polymer clay, I noticed dust would sometimes get trapped in the clay. Frustrating, right?

Well, don't worry. You can easily get dust and dirt out of your clay after its baked by gently sanding it with 800-grit sandpaper. The trick is to make sure you get 800-grit sandpaper, because otherwise it'll be too rough and might damage your clay creation.

If you're having trouble finding 800-grit sandpaper, try looking in the automotive section of your local hardware store or supermarket.

Hope this helped!
